The odd thing is, most of the citizens of North Korea wouldn't even recognise a golf course (or club) if it leapt up and bit them. Why bother boasting for the benefit of foreigners who just take it all in their stride?

Maybe it's because South Korea has produced champion golfers, and it would not do for the Workers' Paradise to fall behind.
