I'm betting that means two years, with one year suspended, and he'll be out on licence in six months.
He'll probably have to do five, before they let him out on licence. And he's 84 now. So he says.

Some solicitor ought to be sueing him and the wife as soon as possible, on the victim's behalf. Take his house and assets as compensation for years of slavery. And for the benefits that they claimed in her name, and never passed on.
She is owed a fortune.
