Yep. Cuba and NK claim that all the weapons and radar defense equipment are both broken and obsolete, but also that Cuba was sending it to NK to be repaired. Why would Cuba pay NK to repair obsolete equipment?
And there were 2 MIGs and a bunch of MIG engines in there, too, iirc.
