People with IQ above 150 are about the only ones with wage gains outpacing inflation in the U.S. It's causing not a little antielitism and antiintellectualism.

No, there is an absolutely huge separation between elitism and intellectualism. You absolutely do not have to have a high IQ to be in the elite group with rapidly increasing income, and the correlation is even weaker, pretty much non-existent, when it comes to wealth increase via other means (shares, investments etc) which is where the majority of social stratification has come from over the last 30 years. The most important factor in increasing wealth at the moment is already having wealth. You might like to think you live in a meritocracy, but you really don't.
