Police seek two men dressed as Oompa Loompas over Norwich assault

Police are seeking two men dressed as Oompa Loompas in connection with an assault in a Norwich street.

A group of four people are thought to have attacked a man in the early hours of Thursday December 27, including two males with painted orange faces, dyed green hair and hooded tops, resembling the characters from Charlie and the Chocolate factory.

Norfolk police said the 28-year-old victim was attacked as he left a kebab shop next to Tesco in Prince of Wales Road.

The group of four, which included another male and a female with dark hair and a split dress, pushed him to the floor before hitting him on the head several times.
