A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

When you complicate everything, it eventually breaks down. Everything has to go to court these days.
Which means that some judge who doesn't have to find the money for things, can effectively make new laws.
It's better when the people who make laws have to actually pay for the consequences.
