Yes, but you forgot to mention that Obama inherited a catastrophic economy from George Bush.
It was heading into a deep hole, confidence was diving, and nobody was hiring, spending or investing.
Everybody was laying workers off and closing down what they could.

He had to get the country out of that cycle, and he had nothing in the bank to do it with.

How different to what George Bush inherited, and Ronald Reagan.
