Let's propose a budge with a $2 trillion deficit, then when we only have a $1.5 trillion deficit in the final budget, we can claim we reduced the deficit by $500 billion. Look how frugal we are!

I don't remember. I just remember laughing my ass off at him (Weiner, not Breitbart). I was never much of a Bretibart follower. His site has a wealth of information on it, and lots of links, though.
