Spotify is a marvellous thing. Currently got some Sibelius streaming. Might listen to some An*l C*nt in a minute.

I get the same. :(
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

We have meat pies where the meat is not only unidentifiable, it's not even of terrestrial original.

Much like your royalty.

I wonder what they would taste like minced and smothered in gravy...

I should imagine the Queen is rather tough and rubbery. An ear of Prince Charles, fried in garlic, might not be too bad....

Time moves quick - I've a nominal account on spotify but like alexa, anything doing the thinking for me just ain't my style. Beginning to see the consequence of choices in society these days.

Technically you could have your thousands of owned songs with you at all times, and could stream your list from the iTunes cloud.

Strange
In March 2016, Spotify raised $1 billion in financing by debt plus a discount of 20% on shares once the initial public offering (IPO) of shares takes place.[145] The company was, according to TechCrunch, planning to launch on the stock market in 2017, but in 2017 it was seen as planning on doing the IPO in 2018 in order to "build up a better balance sheet and work on shifting its business model to improve its margins".
Spotify first announced a voice-activated music-streaming gadget for cars in May 2019. Named the Car Thing, it represents the music-streaming service's first entry into hardware devices.[225] In early 2020, as part of filings to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), submitted images of the device that make it seem much more like a miniature infotainment screen.
