Butthole Surfers
Foetus
Big Black
Birthday Party
... to name a few...
I still have all these LP's but haven't played them for nearly 10 years. My ears don't like this music anymore but I can't part with the collection either. I even spent hundreds of dollars on a really fancy schmantzy turntable last year, thinking it would make me wanna go for a spin down memory lane. But I still haven't set it up. The audio shop guy told me I had to watch some youtube video to understand how to set my turntable up and I'm too scared to watch in case it proves that I am too stupid to set up a turntable. But maybe I am just unmotivated by my record collection? I don't know what to do. So I just keep buying European electropop CD's and forget about it. Can't get enough Royksopp.

It's true. I loved Badmotorfinger, found Superunknown okay, and then I saw them live and never played anything from them again.

Metallica. They went astray years ago. And they're just too old to be on a stage engaging in what is essentially a young man's game. That entire genre, in fact, is a young man's game, and all those bands from yesteryear should have some self-respect and just hang it up. They look ridiculous out there. It's very age-inappropriate. This applies to bands like Megadeth, Slayer, Guns & Roses, Type-O-Negative, and so on.
Blah, blah, blah
