Two annoying guys were blocking the entrance to my subdivision so they could chat from their pickups. Engines running. I had to weave through the middle with my car.
If I go back on my bike and shoot their tires out, will they shoot back? I would be moving.
Is there a penalty?
The gun would be needed since there are two. With one, I'll just sneak in with my puukko and punch out two tires.

I think you're well within your rights to blow the fuckers away. I'd suggest a Remington 870 short barreled tactical with magazine extension.
