 I'm so glad I have experience with the police. I've had cops disappear ounces of weed they found on me while taking me in for something else.

But you go on and keep repeating the lie that everything is kosher here. You might even fool some idiot who doesn't know any better.

Even one puff of Satan's Sensimilla can turn a good Christian girl into a wanton, baby-murdering slut.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Not sure where I said or implied "everything is kosher" here. And, it was two bullet casings, a police backpack and vest, and about 30 joints worth of weed and some other stuff. The news found out about due to the "returned search warrant" which has to list what they seized from the place searched. That part is not unusual, although it does not seem relevant to the Guyger's defense.

I just crossed Kentucky Featherbed Bent with Southern California Sensimilla. That way we can play 18 holes and get stoned to the bejeezus belt afterwards.

You're right, you did in fact even say that she was probably being treated better than any of us would be.

Two shirtless fatmen shoot another man dead over a trash dispute. Is this the most American thing that's ever happened?

Sean is gonna have to come up with a Lone Star version of the Vibrio award. Maybe the Fuck You We're From Texas award.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

 I've thought about it man, but I can't handle the news. It's not good for me. I can't even look at the neighborhood shit. You've got everything from "I seen an unknown black guy walking on bla, blah, blah street" to "You better stop driving your mustang so fast down my street" to "I'll shoot your ass!"

It sounds reasonable to me, at this point. The prosecutor can and often does add charges as they go. They're investigating, so it doesn't sound unreasonable.

I would add, though, that prosecutors often don't act reasonably in charging the average person, and they will sometimes overcharge, rather than undercharge or reasonably charge, a person. As a cop, she's probably getting a fairer shake than anyone else would under the circumstances.

That being said, if you had a crystal ball and could see the events take place, and if you could assure yourself that exactly what the officer said happened did, in fact, happen, what would you believe she should be convicted of?
They're not looking to charge the dead guy so it kinds looks like rooting out something to benefit the defense. That's how it looks

Can you believe these motherfuckers? They've gone and got a search warrant for the victim's place and released the finding of a few grams of pot and an herb grinder. These people are worthless. No, they have not searched the officer's place and yes, she is still only charged with manslaughter.

I don't get why people are mad. --fucking derp
I just read an article that said the police did not say whether they searched her place. Have they clarified that? Note, if she consented to a search, they may have done so and have not released the facts to the media.
Are the media not asking these questions?

Oooh - here's a good one. Kentucky mother locks her 5 year old and 5 month old in the car while she goes to the tanning salon. Bad enough, but left 2 loaded handguns in the car, at least one within reach of the 5 year old. Fortunately he didn't shoot anyone. She was arrested and faces multiple child endangerment charges.

Sadly, Monica Gentry, 25, a piggy-eyed blonde from Shepherdsville, KY, is not eligible for a Vibrio award, what with being from Kentucky and all, but a shout out to her, man! That's good ol' redneck spirit right there y'all.
