How big of a group does it take to trigger fear of speaking to a group? I'm having trouble imagining what the point is of overcoming such a fear if you don't have a job requiring public speeches. I believe the trick that was used on that image is what they call "HDR", which means "high dynamic range". Dynamic range is the difference between the brightest and darkest parts of the scene.
