Re: Now what are you playing now 2: Limited Collectors Editi

I'm really loving Battlefield 3 at the moment. I put my aviators on and zoom around in a jet yelling at Goose.

Re: 54 must-see movies for Mille

Thanks for your suggestions! We're watching L.A. Confidential tonight (one of my favourites) and Pulp Fiction if there is time. Mille was, it seems, living in a cave until around 3 years ago. We have a lot of films to get through! :)

Re: Now what are you playing now 2: Limited Collectors Editi

Picked up BF3 on the PS3. If you want a game or two, my PSN ID is Varone. Multiplayer is great fun, but I wish they had some way of teaching people new to the series how to fly helicopters. I'm okay at it, that is to say I can take off, circle an area or fly strafing runs, but some people will happi...

Re: Now what are you playing now 2: Limited Collectors Editi

Finished Deus Ex: Human Revolution last night. Very disappointed by it in general and felt absolutely robbed by the cop-out 'choose your non-ending' finale. Good thing I got it at half price.

Next up for me is Diablo 3, sometime early next year.

Re: Tea Party vs Occupy Wall Street

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2011/oct/20/occupy-wall-street-tahrir-scenery Read this in Friday's paper. Kind of sums up my views on what the occupy movement will achieve if they don't change something. "the squatters of London and New York can grab a headline and illustrate a story, but ...

Re: Physics problem

I'm confused.

Doesn't 0.866% of the speed of light equal 0.00866c?

Edit: Looked up Lorentz factor. Guess you just didn't need that % on the end there.

Clint Eastwood's J Edgar Hoover Biopic

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6lveTYlHic Thoughts? Eastwood is quite the director, and I think DiCaprio's title as today's highest paid actor is well deserved. I enjoyed De Niro's The Good Shepherd, a film about the founding of the CIA, so I'm interested in how the two films will paint a picture ...

UK music chart #1 of your birth

If you don't mind others being able to figure out your D.O.B, what was the UK music chart's number one song when you were born, and what do you think of it? You can start here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_number-one_singles_(UK) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9G4jnaznUoQ I expected more fro...
