Garbage, lpetrich. I direct them towards my telescope, and they can see the sails of a ship coming up over the horizon. With their own eyes. Not with their own eyes, with a telescope. How do we know that the telescope doesn't distort light? You want to act like there are somethings that are obvious...

Re: A question about black holes
Yeah, for any amount of mass that you can give, there is a radius such that if you pack all that mass into a sphere of that radius, the whole thing becomes a black hole. It's really tough to do!

Re: Is Relativity Reality?
mistermack is saying that all energy is electromagnetism. Do you agree with this claim? Do either of you have any scientific work that shows that electromagnetism can work to hold the nucleus together? I don't think I've said that. Then you need to go back and read what you wrote. I don't need to, ...

Yeah, that's a pretty moronic answer. Effectively, Farsight has been telling everyone who has ever studied relativity theory that they do not understand it because they studies the theory and that Farsight understands the theory because he has never studied it.

Re: Is Relativity Reality?
mistermack, you again ignore the fact that we have different kinds of clocks in the form of physical systems that act according to different kinds of principles. They all agree on time dilation, so you cannot simply appeal to some kind of common physical operation to explain time dilation.

If it's an effect, show us the mathematics that guarantees these geometrical effects. So far, all I see is gobbledygook.
