Re: The War in Heaven

It is often quoted that history is "written by the winners" like a...

Re: When atheists have doubts!
It is only when one broadens the definition of God to what the Scientific Pantheists believe in such as what Carl Sagon, Spinoza or Einstein subscribe to I have doubts but that is just playing semantics with the word.

Re: More Evidences for God
Do you honestly believe Allah wrote the Koran with the hand of the Prophet Mohammad like he was using some form of divinely inspired automatic writing? yes, Koran is written up there in very far remote part of the 7th universe and stored there in massive data base. mate, our universe is n...

Re: The Aussie Rules thread
Yes everyone I know of who does not go rooting for Collingwood despises Collingwood. It will be the best thing that happened to Australian football if they lost.

Re: BBC4 Horizon: The End of God - Science v. Religion
People turn to religion when they want answers which realistically impossible to deliver through conventional science, such as the origin of the universe explained in the ancient times of Babylonia. Through the ages people kept pestering so called experts for answers because they feel more comfortab...

Re: More Evidences for God
I have not seen any evidence for God in fact I have not even encounted a sound logical argument for God let alone evidence.

Re: Is God a Theory? "The God Theory"?
A belief not a theory, because I have seen no credible scientific paper on a so called God theory. I have heard of plenty of credible scientific papers on other theories - even bad theories which may sound credible at the time - but not a god theory per se.

Re: More Evidences for God
People who just merely believe in God, well I do not have such an issue with that, but those who claim to have knowledge of his/he/its existence I do have an issue because they need to produce evidence to back up their claim. If they can I am all too will to switch from atheism to theism, but since ...

Re: Light 'em up, folks! Time to burn those Korans.
If I am cold and in danger of freezing to death and copies of the Koran was the only fuel available I would have reason to burn them or if I was on a desert island where bible and korans were the only combustable material I would not hesitate to burn them to signal to rescuers and Gilligan, the Skip...
